Display the Root menu by left clicking on the iM-Head icon in the top left of the User Interface. This will bring up the RootMenu (Fig.1).

Select 'Synchronize Vaults' from this menu.

Then select 'Synchronize Vaults'. This will bring up a new panel (Fig.2) warning you of the potential for long processing times.

Synchronization, when necessary, is probably best undertaken when you do not need to use the system during its processing.

For large Realms the synchronization times can be large. It is suggested that you perform an occasional synchronization as you develop your Realms so that you get a feeling for the processing times on your environment.
