Viewing A Document

Selecting 'View
Document' from the Document Context menu will search for the document in
the ViewFiles Directory. If found it will open the document for Viewing
in its native program, if that program is available. i.e. Microsoft Word
documents will be opened in Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop files will
be opened in Adobe Photoshop etc.
If the Document is not found in the ViewFiles Directory then it will, first, be copied to the ViewFiles Directory and then opened in it's native program. If the native program for a file does not exist then the Windows panel (Fig.1) will be presented to enable you to search for a program which is able to open the file. **NOTE : Any changes made to the document will not be managed by i-Memorize. To save the document back in i-Memorize to secure the changes please refer to 'Using The Data Entry Portal' |
