 E-Mailing A Document   

 

Select E-mail Document from the Context Menu.

This will open the e-Mail panel and populate it with the document you selected.

Other documents may be added to the same e-Mail by dragging and dropping them to this panel.

The Documents list may be cleared at any time by selecting 'Clear'

Once you have assembled all the document you wish to send select 'Send'

The documents will be 'zipped' and attached to the Outlook e-mail compose panel.

Select the recipients, subject and message as you normally would using Outlook and send the message as normal.
