E-Mailing An Historical Document   

 

To e-Mail an historical version of a document  first select the document  in the Treeview and then select the 'History' option in the utilities area.

This will display the version/revision history of the document.

Select the version you wish to e-Mail (the description will be updated in the Object Header and Object Description paneling). Once you have determined which version of the document to e-Mail simply right click on the document in the history list and select 'E-mail Document' in the context menu.

Other documents may be added to the same e-Mail by dragging and dropping them to this panel.

Once you have assembled all the documents you wish to send select 'Send'

The documents will be 'zipped' and attached to the E-mail compose panel.

Select the recipients, subject and message as you normally would using your E=Mail Client and send the message as normal.
