In order to do this:

• Save the Portfolio file from the e-mail into a directory of your choice
• Select 'Share Realm Data', from the i-Memorize Rootmenu, then select 'Import Portfolio'
• The Navigation Panel, Fig.2, will then be displayed
• Use this to navigate to the Portfolio file you saved from the e-mail and select 'OK'

This will import the Portfolio file to the Export files available to your Realms.
