This Bounce Bar™ has several functions and is fundamental to the effectiveness of the i-Memorize system.

The main functions of the Bounce Bar™ are:

• To activate and de-activate the main i-Memorize interface
• To trigger the Data Entry Portal to place files under the control of i-Memorize
• To monitor the number of unfiled documents i-Memorize has under its control

Activating and De-Activating the i-Memorize User Interface:

Move your cursor to the top of the screen and 'left click' the Bounce Bar ( Depending on how the interface was de-activated this may require between one and three clicks of the mouse. Generally the interface will be activated on the first click of the mouse)

Triggering the Data Entry Portal:

Drag any file or directory over the Bounce Bar and drop the file or directory in the Unfiled-Documents window which will appear, the Data Entry Portal will be activated.

Monitoring the Number of Un-Filed Documents Under The Control Of i-Memorize:

The height of then Bounce Bar is governed by the number of Un-Filed Documents under the control of i-Memorize. Initially set at 1 pixel it, will grow, 1 pixel at a time for each document placed under the control of i-Memorize, to a maximum of 10 pixels.

This is meant to be a mild irritant to encourage the securing of Un-Filed Documents in the i-Memorize tree.
