The actual Context Menu options will change dependant upon whether the Document is in a 'Checked-In', Checked-Out' or 'Released' State

The options for each state are shown in Figs 2-4

These context menus will enable you to:

• Edit a Document
• Secure a Document in i-Memorize
• View a Document
• Modify a Documents name or description
• e-Mail a Document (MS Outlook 2002 or later)
• Export a Document for use elsewhere in this or other Realms
• Remove a Documents
• Push a Document to a Windows directory
