The Triple-Sec™ Security Monitoring System will ensure that you will
never lose any of your information again. When Triple-Sec™ is enabled via the i-Memorize Options Panel each time a document is secured in the system it will be replicated and synchronized with the other two vaults. So long as you have taken care to ensure that each vault is on a different physical drive the chances of ever losing data under normal operating conditions is minimal: The typical Mean Time Between Failures for a computer hard drive under normal operating conditions is approx 10,000 hours. This means that the chances if experiencing a total loss are approx 1 in 350 per day, with two drives connected this figure rises to approx 1 in 120,000. When three drives are connected this figure rises to 1 in 42,000,000 ! This means that if you replace the failed drive and synchronize it with the other vaults within one day of its failure the chances of losing data from hard drive failure are approximately: 1 in 42 million However, we recognize that ideal conditions do not, always, prevail - for those circumstances i-Memorize also offers traditional back-up capabilities !!
When Triple-Sec™ is activated the security status of each document in i-Memorize is displayed in the Treeview by color coding the document text. To activate the Triple-Sec™ Security System select 'Set i-Memorize Options from the Root Manu (Fig.2). This will activate the Options Panel (Fig.3) Make sure that 'Security Monitor is selected and hit 'Set' From that point on every time the Treeview is refreshed all three Vaults will be checked for the existence and consistency of each Document in i-Memorize. The Documents in the Treeview will be color coded to reflect their status (Fig 4):
